Please read the following before starting the exhibitor registration process:

  • Rich City Comic & Pop Con will be taking place in Richmond, KY.
  • Event Date and Time: Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 9:30am-7:00pm EST; Early Ticket Entry will begin at 9:30am, the show floor will open to all ticket holders at 10:00am.
  • Exhibitors will be able to setup Friday afternoon from 3:00pm-8:00pm EST and Saturday morning from 6:00am-9:15am EST.
  • Vendor Booth dimensions are 10’x10′ and cost $100.
  • Artist Booth dimensions are 8’x8′ and cost $50.
  • Please provide a description of your booth and products on your registration form. This will help us to organize the layout of this event.
  • Vendors and Artists are responsible for providing their own tables and display fixtures (racks, shelves, grid wall panels, etc).
  • Each Vendor/Artist will be given 2 (two) passes per booth to the convention. Additional passes can be purchased at check-in for $10 each.
  • Weapons, drug paraphernalia and adult material is strictly prohibited from being sold at the event.
  • You may submit a hard copy of your registration in the mail or in person. Click here to download the registration form to print.

  • No refunds will be issued for booths after July 31, 2019.
